Herbal Viagras hope to imitate the effects of real Viagra, which contains Sildenafil. This active ingredient is typically sold under the brand name Viagra, but there are now many others. Sildenafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. It remains unclear if it is effective in treating female sexual dysfunction. It can be taken by mouth or injection into a vein. Onset is typically within 20 minutes and lasts for approximately 2 hours.
